OsmAnd (OSM Directions automated navigation)

OsmAnd is a free navigation application with access to a wide variety of global OpenStreetMap (OSM) data. 

All map data (vector maps or tile) can be stored on the memory card of the phone for offline use.
 OsmAnd also offers offline and online routing functionality including turn-by-turn voice guidance.

Some of the main features:
